Untuk itu setiap siswa harus mengumpulkan data diri beserta surat sehat dari dokter. Karena siswa yang akan dipilih untuk study banding haruslah siswa yang berprestasi, disiplin, dan yang paling penting haruslah sehat. Hanya akan ada sepuluh orang yang akan terpilih. Untuk itu persiapkanlah diri kalian. Sekian terima kasih.
A : B C kau mau ikut test itu ?
B : tentu saja, aku dan C sudah mempersiapkan data diri tinggal surat sehat.
C : ya, sekarang kami akan ke rumah sakit, kau mau ikut.
A : tentu aku juga akan ikut. Ayo pergi bersama.
                *Sesampainya di rumah sakit*
E : selamat datang, ada yang bisa saya bantu?
C : kami ingin mengecek kesehatan kami.
E : tolong isi formulirnya lalu ikuti aku.
                *Di ruang dokter*
E : dok ini formulir para siswa yang akan mengecek kesehatannya.
D : ya terima kasih. Kenapa kalian tiba-tiba ingin mengecek kesehatan kalian.
B : karena kami ingin mengikuti test study banding.
A : ya, jadi kami harus mendapatkan surat sehat ini.
D : oh seperti itu, ayo kita mulai saja.
ABC : ya dok
D : mari kita periksa mata kalian. Ini huruf apa, angka berapa ini, tolong dibaca, ini warna apa. Oke cukup
ABC : J, 3, saya sehat, hijau.
E : dok ini data dari hasil periksa mata mereka.
D : oke lalu kita test darah.
C : dok kenapa kita harus test darah .
B : padahal kita sudah tau golongan darah kita
E : apakah kalian takut?
A : tentu tidak.
D : Ini untuk memastikan beberapa penyakit dalam tubuh kalian melalui darah.
D : oke yang terakhir saya akan memeriksa kalian.
D : pemeriksaan nya telah selesai. Untuk hasilnya akan saya berikan kepada suster.
E : baik dok, kalian bisa tunggu diruang tunggu.
 ABC : baik, terima kasih dok sus
                *Setelah selesai pemeriksaan*
E : ABC ini surat kesehatan kalian.
ABC : terima kasih sus. Kami pergi.
E : ya hati hati dijalan.

                Setelah mereka mendapatkan surat sehat, keesokan harinya mereka negumpulkan data dirinya kepada pihak sekolah lalu mengikuti test. Akhirnya mereka pun lolos dengan kerja keras mereka.
A : B C apakah  kalian lulus ?
B : ya aku lulus
C : aku juga, senangnya.
A : aku dengar F tidak lulus padahal dia anak yang cerdas.
B : F tidak lulus karena dia mengalami kanker paru-paru karena kebiasaanya merokok.
C : Sangat disayangkan ya.
Dirumah sakit
ABC : halo dok halo suster
E :kalian datang lagi ada apa?
C : Kami ingin mengecek kesehatan kami secara rutin.
D : bagus itu.
E : ya jadi apabila kalian terkena penyakit bisa langsung ditangani dengan cepat.
D : apakah kalian lolos tes?
B : Tentu kami lolos.
C : Kita kan sehat, cerdas dan disiplin.
E : wahh selamat ya. Kami ikut senang.
A : ada juga teman kami yang cerdas tapi dia sakit jadi tidak lolos.
D : makanya kalian harus menjaga kesehatan kalian karena sehat it mahal.
                Karena mereka tau kalau sehat itu mahal, akhirnya mereka pun hidup dengan sehat mulai saat ini dan untuk selamanya.
